Refund and Returns Policy for Grow-cery.online

At Grow-cery.online, we are committed to providing an exceptional and worry-free experience for all our members. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle product returns and membership fee refunds.

1. Returns Policy

We believe in making returns easy and stress-free.

  • No Questions Asked: We accept all returns, for any reason, no questions asked.

  • How Returns Are Handled: Once a return is received, your Grow-cery.online account will be credited with the value of the returned item(s).

  • Time Limits: While we always try to help, due to the perishable nature of some of our items, we only accept returns on items reported within 48 hours.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in a reasonably unused or undamaged condition unless they were received in a defective state.

2. Membership Payment & Refunds

Our only charges are for membership pricing plans, which give members access to shop for free.

  • Voluntary Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your membership, and you have not yet used it, we will refund the unused portion of your membership fee.

  • Cancellations by Us: If Grow-cery.online cancels your account for any reason, we will refund any unused membership fees in full.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method or credited to your account, based on your preference and payment processor guidelines.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include your order number or membership reference when contacting us, so we can process your request quickly.

4. Processing Time

Refunds and credits are usually processed within 30 business days for memberships, and 2-3 business days for item returns and account credits from the time we receive your request or returned item.
