We partner with independent, third-party delivery services to handle all logistics and shipping. This allows us to focus on getting your orders packed accurately and promptly.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 days after confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external conditions (e.g., weather, holidays).

3. Delivery Responsibility & Disclaimer

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, it is out of our direct control. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, Grow-cery.online is not liable for:

  • Delays, damages, or loss caused by the third-party courier

  • Incorrect deliveries due to errors by the delivery service

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

If an issue arises, we will assist in communicating with the courier and help you resolve it as efficiently as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout or may be included as part of your membership benefits. We aim to keep delivery as affordable and reliable as possible.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to country wide in South Africa (limited in certain outlying areas) and all throughout the 48 contiguous states (also limited in some outlying areas). Please ensure your address falls within our serviceable zones before placing an order.
